- Google User Data: Baseline integrates with Gmail to enhance communication features within our platform. If you authorize this integration, Baseline may access email content. Baseline does NOT store gmail data unless explicitly required for user workflows, share data with third parties, or use it for advertising or any purpose beyond service functionality. Gmail data is accessed in real-time and discarded after processing, unless required for active workflows. Users can revoke Gmail integration at any time via Google's security settings. Baseline's use of Gmail data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
